1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at our WhatsApp, Telegram or Email.
2. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns for used or consumed items.
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The item is unused
- The product is in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used products
- Damaged products
This aligns with common industry standards.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong order
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
5. Refund Process
Once your issue or return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–10 business days
Please note: banks or payment providers may take additional time to post refunds.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
7. Order Issues & Missing Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Order blacklist
- Evidence submission to payment processors
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issue quickly.
